Martin SkalickýMartin Skalický (fund management, fund raising)

Martin has more than 20 years of experiences in the area of real estate business. In 1993 joined international real estate advisory firm Healey and Baker (now known as Cushman & Wakefield) and started building professional carrier with focus on commercial real estate. He gradually gained experience in the field of acquisitions, disposals, strategic advisory and valuation. Before joining the CIMEX GROUP, he worked for REICO investiční společnost České spořitelny, a.s. (investment and asset management company managing Open Ended Real Estate Fund of Česká spořitelna). Initially, he served for 5 years as a member of the Board of Directors and CIO and participated actively in the development of the fund’s real estate portfolio. In 2012, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors and was appointed as CEO of REICO. Martin joined CIMEX GROUP in September 2015 and serves as director of the real estate fund EDULIOS. Martin graduated from the Czech Technical University, Prague.

 

Jan Kratochvíl

Jan Kratochvíl (real Estate asset investment management)

Jan has more than 15 years of experiences in the real estate business with focus on prime office projects and tenant representation services. He started his carrier in an international real estate company Knight Frank and during a 10-year tenure he was responsible for management of the letting team and tenant representation services. Before joining the CIMEX GROUP, he worked for the global real estate advisor company CBRE as Associate Director. In CBRE, Jan was responsible for the representation of key clients (Nestlé, Hewlett Packard, DHL, etc.) and for the provision of global corporate services. Jan graduated from University of Hradec Králové, Faculty of Education.

 

Ondrej Stepanek cb

Ondřej Štěpánek (transactions, financing, project management)

Ondrej started his professional career with international auditing firms KPMG and Deloitte where he specialized in audits of a number of clients from manufacturing, service and financial sectors. Ondrej also worked as a project manager for KKCG and senior project manager for RSM TACOMA, where he participated on a number of both domestic and international transactions with a specialty expertise in transaction structuring, transaction closing, financing and overall project management. Ondrej currently serves as a project manager at CIMEX GROUP and is responsible for the execution strategy of the EDULIOS real estate fund. Ondrej graduated from the University of Economics, Prague.

 
 

Miroslav Kosnar cb

Miroslav Kosnar (strategic management)

Miroslav has more than 15 years of experience in the area of strategic management. Before joining the CIMEX GROUP, Miroslav worked for GTS International and Perfetti Van Melle where he was responsible for the implementation of international know-how into the finance and IT departments. Miroslav joined the CIMEX GROUP in 2006 and served as a CFO until 2011, when he was appointed a CEO of the CIMEX GROUP. He currently holds this position and his main responsibilities include oversight and strategic planning for major investments of the CIMEX GROUP. Notable achievements include strategic real estate acquisitions and transactions (Petrska Street hotel development, Garden 11 Office Building acquisition, City West B1 acquisition and hospitality assets transactions in the U.S.) Miroslav graduated from the University of Economics, Prague.

 

Jirka Adamčík

Jiří Adamčík (legal, risk management)

Since the beginning of his professional career, Jiri’s specialty is corporate law, real estate law (legal oversight of real estate transactions - acquisitions, sales, financing, leases, facility management). Jiri currently holds a position of General Counsel at CIMEX GROUP. Over the past decade, Jiri provided legal oversight for a variety of notable transactions, in particular the acquisition City West B1, Garden 11 or the completion of residential development in Marienbad, Czech Republic. Jiri graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno.
